This report is just the start of our work on hidden deals. We’ll be thinking more about what this means for consumers with mental health issues, and all consumers, getting fair access to good telecoms deals. Regulators should be too.

We worked with @moneyandmentalhealth.org to survey people with lived experience of mental health problems.

We found that although 3 in 4 people surveyed tried to haggle, the majority (85%) found that their symptoms made this hard.
