We worked with @moneyandmentalhealth.org to survey people with lived experience of mental health problems.

We found that although 3 in 4 people surveyed tried to haggle, the majority (85%) found that their symptoms made this hard.

But for every step of the long and sludgy haggling process, more respondents who haggled found the task difficult than easy.'
