Finished Perfect Strangers. There was a moment in the book meant to be shocking, and I couldn’t decide if this author (Geissenger) was pulling a fast one like in Pen Pal. I almost stopped reading at that point. Glad I finished as Part 4 put things back into perspective. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💙📚

Huzzah! I was waiting for the battery to completely die out, assuming it did when it froze. Charged it up all day, and voila! It woke up. Backlight works too.

Finished The Hope of You, and it was really good! Anxiety, grief, childhood trauma, deep familial love all being worked out internally and how to relate. Loved the surprises built into the storylines! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 💙📚
