I've been using a pixel watch for that and fairly happy besides not being able to easily exfiltrate my data from Fitbit/Google but I've been wondering whether I'd like the oura interface better

I suppose this being basically an hour long movie so far probably helps. It's a pretty and sincere feeling movie, though. And there's a puppy!
