Last day of learning with the Emerge Maryland Class of 2025 and I’m honestly feeling all the feelings. It’s been such an exciting, encouraging and energizing ride. There’s nothing like learning with and from brilliant women who are out here doing amazing work!

Big day for this newbie legislator! Tomorrow, @govwesmoore.bsky.social signs my first passed bill, HB1069, into law! It bans discretionary clauses in insurance policies, making the process fairer for Marylanders. Hopefully the first of many!
