I have been promising my son to go and see some stars next time we had a clear night.

I got home this evening from watching the rugby to see a clear night so I grabbed everyone, wrapped them up and off we went into the countryside.

A year ago today we were enjoying what Rome had to offer. It’s still one of the best places I’ve visited.

Got to site today to do some balustrading.

I can tell the weather is starting to change. I am finding spiders everywhere in my house. I just opened the fridge - I know it's a little late for that - and there's a motherfucking spider in the corner of it... Chilling.

Yesterday was epic. Up for 24 hours straight, kicking off with a boat recovery on the Thames at 3am. Then a Cambridge run, a quick coffee and shopping dash, before heading to London for Oasis with a top crowd. Knackered, but worth every minute.

I think being able to make a figure 8 knot by throwing the lead in the box is a skill and should be recognised as so

My set up worked with my health data and I now have my first full weeks data set for analysis.

The automation make it so easy to log. And now I suppose I just keep doing what I'm doing until things start to change and then I can hopefully see what's happening.

I've gone deeper down the nerd wormhole and ran up a grafana instance where I can track progress and see where doing well and where I can improve. It all automatically updates itself daily too.

Looks like I need to focus on my water intake first.
