That was a real clusterfuck and I'm glad to have put all the pieces in place for it.

Have come to the regrettable conclusion that I'm going to have to make an actual magitek-focused RP character if I want my crank opinions about magitek in the setting to actually appear and matter to anyone. Devastating.

Verad's attempt at faking his way into the Ishgardian nobility turned out so disastrously that, in private, he took it out in a tantrum against the book he'd used to make his claim. Just kicking it against the wall until he hurt his foot.
