I heard about a certain twitchy tech titan who claims to be a cross-country skier. Based on the interview I saw, he’s not skiing nearly enough. I bet a couple hours on my backyard Olympic trails would take it out of him. #nordicskiersarechill

After what seemed like 40 days and 40 nights of rain, the skis - er - sky cleared and we managed a hike in the Adirondack Mountains. It was luscious.

May Day protest in conservative northern NY’s Lake Placid, a Village of ~2,200, <100 miles from the Canadian border. ~200+ people came out today. The area’s economy relies almost entirely on tourism; vacationers, international events. NY 21 - Elise was not sighted. @meidastouch.com
