I’ve returned after a long absence. I was among the first few thousand in the beta and it was fun. When it reached 10K, not so much as X-types started showing up. I’m back to see if social norms have curbed the spread.

Gordon Lightfoot died yesterday, closing out another musical catalog. Whether it was being stuck on the grass where the cold wind blows, or standing on the highway with a sign that just said ‘mother’ he comes down now on the summer side of life.

So. By my reckoning it’s now summertime in Seattle environs. It will be like this, apart from some scorching days and some wet green/gray days. Highs in the low 70s, lows in the low 50s. The sky can take on a milky cast and the air is soft and the skin feels it neither gains nor loses heat. Yeah
