I downloaded it to the free actuallyusefulai.com Alt-text generator and it came up w/ the following (see on photo) in 10 seconds.

#AltTextChallenge doesn't have to be difficult. I am not always the best at coming up with it, so I use my helper!

And people are way more willing to be accessible and use alt-text! There is even a setting that gives you a reminder to alt-text your photos- and most memes already have some alt-text you may have to adjust slightly
