Lovely to see KT Tunstall on Sunday Brunch today talking about the re-release on vinyl of Eye To The Telescope which is now 20 years old, I *may have to invest (*will). I may have to check out tour info too, it's been a while...

Took a few photos whilst I was out & about today, if I get the chance I'll go back as the dates on the monument look odd but it could just be the lighting.

I don't often get to visit the Stockport area of Manchester but when I do I always go see Sarah Harding, well her mural at least, I'm scared of her not being here when I visit. R.I.P Angel, I miss you every day 💔

Loosing her fight against breast cancer made it a far too difficult physically and emotionally to go join them after our own rally had come to its end.

It was lovely to see @preventbc.bsky.social out and about in Manchester today, I was in the area with a group whom support Ukraine and our meeting point was the same. In truth I wished to engage but my own health problem (serious, but unrelated) & one day after the 4th anniversary of Sarah Harding

Sarah lost her life to cancer at the age of 39, one of her last wishes was that anyone wishing to make a donation to do so to the christie charity. Sarah Harding is probably still best known as being 1 fifth of Girls Aloud but she also starred in several films, wrote a book "hear me out"

Here's another one, it pre-dates the more recent invasion into Ukraine but gives a very in depth look at corruption within the country, particularly around natural resources & the vast amount of people including governments, criminal gangs & the astronomical amounts of money involved.

@alexchurchill.bsky.social @pikegrey1418.bsky.social I'd seen a number of photos of the front cover of your book but not the rear until I received my own copy today, it's equally of interest & I hope by the time I get to the rear cover I'd have learned plenty about these individuals.

my way through reading Alex 's excerpt from the book my brain was already telling me to scroll to the bottom of the post in order to get book ordered (I didn't, difficult it was though reading about Ramier) but it is now ordered. It was very interesting to read about how the book came about too.
