At the @borp_org Adaptive Sports Day, @jb_monkeygrrrl and I tried the bikes from @accesstrikes and had such fun!! Jenny never really learned to ride a bike due to balance issues and my legs don’t necessarily cooperate. I haven’t seen her smile that big in a long time.. even her dimples were back.

Technology got the better of me on this one and I only got video of the drawing part.. I’ll do better next time! But so happy with my new skeleton hoodie!! Still trying to decide what to do on the other sleeve and maybe the hood and pocket..

Got to shoot a farther distance last week.. with a soda bottle as an extra target about 5 feet in front of my target; you can see swinging it around on my arrow after finally puncturing it, and it flies off during one of my last shots. I enjoy the challenges when I get to shoot the longer distances!

Because I can’t resist making Halloween things… and all the stores seem to be making gay ghosts this year (especially @ikeausa with the jazz hands), so I needed ghosts.

My trainer made up this exercise, Rainbow Curls, and it’s horrible, but it does light up new muscles at each step as you work through it. Pretty impressive as an adaptive athlete that doesn’t necessarily feel all the body parts, especially my back right now. Highly recommend, but it is horrible.. 😏😉

Adaptive golf clinics with @elevategolfacademy and @cafoundation have started again at @playmetro. We were working on controlling my swing.. it took a few tries to get it right for the video 😜 I’ll get there!
