Predator Badlands is surprisingly one of my favourite films of the year. Elle Fanning's performance in particular sold it to me. It had a solid story, some unexpected humour that wasn't forced and a fight scene that I've honestly never seen done before and it was just overall fun.

Welp, today is my birthday. I've hit the number 41. It hasn't been an exciting day, big storms kept me in doors but I'm going to make it up to myself next year.

Oscar Isaac had a unique take on Victor. Literally a man who suceeds in what he sets out to do and when he does, he has no idea what to do after. I've never seen Jacob Elordi's other work but he did an excellent job of making us feel sorry for him. I see why they call him the creature, not monster.

I must admit it was everything i expected but also not what I expected. No Full Moon, lots of use of the pentagram. Not as much transformation as I expected. Definitely the beginning seeds of werewolf lore.
