Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana or Pearl Jam

(I don't get the specific premise, but anyway.)

Someone was just telling me on YouTube about a reclassification and complete splitting up of Elapidae that I've never heard the slightest thing about. Are you aware of any considerations or work being done in this direction, @wolfgangwuster.bsky.social @tetzoo.bsky.social?

Just met this male A. diadematus while grocery shopping. To me male orbweavers always look as if they're out on a hike and carrying a small backpack just big enough for some water and a rain jacket.

The German name for the Walnut Orbweaver translates to "crevice cross spider". (Lots of Araneids are "cross spiders" of some sort in German, after Araneus diadematus, even though they don't have cross markings themselves.)

If you're ever feeling down, remember there's a spider that looks like a slice of pizza.

Thanks to @kalakemangga.bsky.social I just learned there's an ant with the phenomenal name Dinomyrmex gigas (Giant Forest Ant), and the matching impressive anatomy. (photo by Jonghyun Park on iNaturalist)

Incidentally, today is also my one year ETS 2 anniversary. In hindsight, that may not have been a good idea.
