Your question should be how do we hold leaders to account for suspected war crimes even if they are the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense to ensure that the rule of law is respected and human life is protected.

According to this twaddle (technical legal phrase) would Wolfson give Putin immunity from ICC arrest warrants if he came to the UK?
If it doesn’t work for Putin, then it doesn’t work for Netanyahu or Gallant.

When the only defence your lawyer has to allegations of war crimes is: the institution and judges that issued the arrest warrants are racist & didn’t understand the evidence that they saw but you didn’t - you might want to start concentrating on your mitigation for sentencing.
