Of all the things that I had on my”what could go wrong the week before the corporate tax return filing deadline” bingo card,”have a heart attack” wasn’t one of them.
But I did.
Fortunately, I will be fine, and Dwayne and Teddy are making sure I rest and stay out of trouble.

Do you
A. Pass filing state B, as the tax will be far less than the cost of complying (even if you owe tax);

Watching Evan Almighty. Having been in a few congressional offices, they are, at best, small and cramped, not the massive, opulent ones that they have in films and television…the exceptions are the leaders of the parties and Congress.

I see an article saying that the latest #GenZ trend is “micro retirement,” which is defined as…wait for it…
“taking a 1-2 week break from work every 12-18 months.”

“Nothing,” I reply. “Tell them that you’re a corporation. No 1099 needed.”
So he calls vendor…..and learns it was a scam. Someone was targeting their vendors.
