If you know the size of the original pcb, and if you crop the picture file to only contain the pcb without surroundings, then you can scale the added reference file to the correct size with the pointer tool while looking at the dimensions in the status area.

I would have thought that current limiting resistors between cd4026 and the LED digit were needed.
