It appears these emergency works has concluded early, Mernda/Hurstbridge trains have resumed full operation through City Loop. But I haven't received any updates from Metro telling me that.

The reason for the message is my poor attempt at trying to get as many passengers to travel before 7am as I am expecting heavy passenger loads after 7am.
