That’s both fascinating and a bit unsettling. If AI starts exhibiting signs of “mental” disorders, would that mean we need new fields of AI psychiatry, or does it reflect deeper issues in how we train and structure these systems?

Totally agree, top-down usually doesn’t work as well as people think. It’s more about encouraging people from the ground up instead of just ordering things from the top. Have you come across any good ways to help leaders see that?
