A life time ago - well actually up until 2019 - I used to have a textile design studio in Kensington at Ironside Studios. I went to my old cafe haunt “The Premises” and reminisced to myself about that era of my life. Over a big brekkie and a latte. #latte #coffee #kensington

Thanks! I didn’t have enough for the full scarf in one colour. @franklinhabit.bsky.social is knitting one in two colours. So I thought I’d follow his lead. The pattern suits it… the scarf is knitted in two pieces. Cast on edge becomes the centre of scarf.

Thanks! I ended up on a sub-reddit to get trips on how to replace it! Next I need to work out how to get the headphone jack working properly… I have to leave it partially out to get sound in both headphone speakers. Apparently 99% alcohol cleaning solution might fix it? Will use Carefully 😊

Update on my Kaffe Fasset Philodendron Rowan jacket! I unraveled back to the garter rib. I made a few too many fiddly mistakes to fix. Easier to start again. I’m now at row 15 and much happier with my tension and intarsia technique. 🧶 #knitting #showmeyourknits #knitsky #handknitting #kaffefasset

Stopped off at my community garden this evening. Only one cucumber but lots of tomatoes. Probably only one more harvest of tomatoes for this season. More cucumber flowers though and a couple that weren’t ready to be picked. Chives, tarragon, parsley. 🍓 too 🪴🍃
