We had two large bone-in chicken breasts get apparently raptured without disturbing the lidded bowl on the counter they were in--bowl was empty and they couldn't have touched the floor as the little dogs didn't lick anywhere. No proof the rottie did it, but she didn't get dinner and didn't care.

It usually turns out for me that it *is* one of the books I own, I just forgot about it because I was saving it for a rainy day.

Failing that, I re-read a Jennifer Crusie book, it's nearly fool proof.

I also liked the interpretation of it as a man crying in his hands, I can totally see that as well.

Not *running*, but one time someone ran away from the minimum security part of the prison next door, and stole our neighbor's car (and abandoned it in Baltimore) but my mom was like "yes, the first three houses on this side of the street had at least 3 unlocked cars with the keys in plain sight."

My personal favorite, as a person with MSG sensitivities is "Natural Flavor" which can just mean "something so highly processed it's basically MSG, but we don't have to call it that so you won't know why you're feeling like crap."
