Who's more Neighbourly then Mr. Rogers? Took some hard inspiration from him (and a hint of Ned Flanders with the glasses) for this one. Just a chill, friendly older Troll.

Yes this is actually "Glimmer" Troll from last year! I never finished her, and "Hair" was good prompt to pick her up again this year.
