This photo from Mandryk's column - in which he casually dropped the bombshell (Jason Wall) he'd been hiding - of Regina's new mayor, on the night he won, just blew my mind.

Again - in Regina I would have voted Sandra Masters over this:

Regina mayor Chad may have a "deep understanding" of government procurement, but has zero understanding of what the job actually entails.
I suspect this wasn't taken seriously because he shouldn't have been a serious candidate.
