Maybe it's just me, but I can't believe this is going to be good for our disabled loved ones. It's often the compassion of a caring doctor that makes all the difference for those with complex medical needs. #disability

Tuesday begins Utah's 2025 Legislative Session. It's the most dangerous time of the year for those with disabilities needing Disability Medicaid to stay alive. Last year they tried to tie access to Disability Waivers to being institutionalized. They will try this year too. #disabilityut

Alternatively, we would like to see revenues from these investments returned directly to the Medicaid Stabilization Account, commensurate with the funds taken from it, prior to any administrative costs or fees being captured.
