NEW: DOGE can now access a HUD system that includes addresses domestic violence survivors have relocated to for safety, medical records in disability cases and credit reports in lending discrimination cases.

If you thought it wasn’t possible—well, here we are. Musk pulled $80 million in funding authorized by Congress straight from NYC’s bank account. The federal government took the funds and called it a “clawback” of taxpayer money. A lot of others would simply call it stealing.
