OK, I know someone on here has to be a gull expert... I got two gulls i can't nail down an ID... Merlin says both are either American Herring Gull (juvenile) or Iceland Gull (Juvenile) but i initially thought the darker one was a Lesser Black-backed Gull (juvenile) anyone have any thoughts? #birds

Seen in Iowa, anyone confirm the subspecies? I think it's Gambel's but immature makes it hard to tell between that and Dark-lored

Harvestmen is a far less silly name to call them
