He has pros and cons.
1 thing I didn't like about last night was in his post match comments: "their first goal was a mistake..." Our players passing backwards into the centre of the pitch to oppo attacker is not a 1-off mistake. Happens so often. If he doesn't recognise that it won't get sorted.

I couldn't understand Josh (who had a decent game again) being replaced by Tosin, only for the latter to go on and give the Sunderland attacker a massage in our box whilst the attacker picked out a pass. Been clueless and he's meant to be the experienced leader in defence!

I'd be a little concerned about starting Hato at LCB alongside Josh (I like both btw). I think you need a left footed LCB, and if you're picking one with prem experience and physicality it can only be Tosin (unfortunately). So, Tosin and Josh for me. Otherwise that's a nice lineup.

I'd be a little concerned about starting Hato at LCB alongside Josh (I like both btw). I think you need a left footed LCB, and if you're picking one with prem experience and physicality it can only be Tosin (unfortunately). So, Tosin and Josh for me. Otherwise that's a nice lineup.

As we've learnt with Maresca, never put money on trying to guess his team sheet!
This is a good looking team, I'd reward Josh for his good form, and I like a left footed LCB so imagine that drops Trev to the bench. But otherwise I agree with your selection.

Wouldn't say no to that team. I think Enzo is a doubt though, so maybe Santos instead? And Gusto is out for the weekend after his brainless red card v Forest, so I think he'll be used instead of James.

I can't believe how brain-dead some of these players are. Why is Gusto making that challenge on a yellow in an area he didn't need to make that challenge when we're 3nil up?! It can only be an insider sweepstake at this stage

I think Neto gets an unfair amount of sticky. Not saying he's the best player in the world but he has some very useful qualities and at least gets involved

I couldn't believe what I was seeing at first, he was trying to either play Awoniyi through on goal or hit it past Sanchez with every backwards pass. I can't believe a professional footballer can play like that at times.
