A woman who was redoing her garden gave me this lovely rose two years ago. It’s been in the ground, then a pot, then ground/pot again. It has two buds and is the most beautiful shade of lilac. I’m happy it’s alive! ❤️

From the brain retraining seminar offered by the two preeminent docs in BC, Canada treating #ME/CFS and #LongCovid. I was curious about what brain retraining is as I’ve heard a lot about it.
