I went to see Hamlet with my husband and son this week and oh boy I really did not expect to cry that much.
After Ophelia's first family scene I was like "oh I don't know if I want to be here, all these people are going to die and it's going to be really sad, oh no" and you know what? IT WAS.

I've been using Podcast Addict since switching Android and it's been good for me. Sometimes it can't find a podcast, but I can almost always download it from somewhere else and still put it in my PA queue.

I switched to mapquest after the Gulf of Mexico thing, but I'm currently in a different city for the weekend and I've gone back because mapquest just isn't giving me enough info to be a pedestrian in a strange place. If you've got a good alternate I'd love to try it!

This episode was fantastic. I listened in the car and had to keep reminding myself to go home first to check my supplies instead of immediately heading to Blick to look for new tools.

We just saw "inject vial marked 'stem cells' into patient for instant cure!" in the episode of Sisyphus we watched last night, and commented on how it wouldn't work that way. I didn't think it was a thing people really tried....

Every time I hear about this event I'm like "damn I wish I was a cartoonist" but I feel like "I want to go to Alaska robotics camp" is probably not enough motivation for me to spend enough time at it to be able to get to Alaska robotics camp 😂

I heard the argument that "I'd rather risk giving money to a scammer than not give to someone truly in need," which ok, I use that thinking myself when deciding to give the guy on the street corner $20.
But on the internet? Where we know for sure scams are endemic? That's not the same to me.
