Yeah makes a lot of sense. I just find that when I have those windows, half the time I don't have the brain which leads to what I can only call frustration 😆

Fully agree. The point of making things should be to enjoy doing them (at least to first order) and if you enjoy making it then who cares if there are 15000 other ones out there, this one is yours.

Honestly I think these days I think audio quality as a first thing but mostly a lack of depth. When it's clear that the plot is all by the seat of the gms pants and the world is static, I start to zone out.

Folks are free to play how they want, but a smug 'this is how you should play, why are you playing if you don't play by every single rule-set' attitude is kinda against the point of these games.

Thank you! This discourse has really gotten on my nerves bc there is no one way to run a game, no ruleset that covers every situation just the way your group needs. We are just here to have fun man. If your fun is playing by the letter go ahead. But don't act like it is the only pure and right way
