Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

I know just enough to know when a happy baseball thing has happened. Yonge and College Pigeon Man says, Go Jays.

Absolutely great to hear @cathmckenna.bsky.social speak at @utoronto.ca’s Trinity College tonight. Her new book is “Run Like a Girl” and boy, she sold it.

And RIP The Washington Post too, while we’re at it.

The Snowbirds at the London, Ontario air show, which really is a great time, made especially memorable by the friendly staff and volunteers.

Some pure evil from The National Post. Note the quotes. I wonder if the journalists who penned this gave a thought to how normalizing the murder of journalists by calling them terrorists might someday bite them, or someone else whose basic humanity they recognize, in the ass.

It rather feels as if Greenspan is overplaying her hand with this line of questioning. In a just world this would backfire on her client, but of course this trial isn’t taking place in a just world.
I hope E.M. knows she is heard and believed. www.tsn.ca/hockey-canad...

He’s keen now and just wait until Poilievre drops below 18.
April 11, 2025 at 11:01 PM
“In your place” “smackdown”
These creeps are really going to try and “Daddy Trump is taking off his belt” Poilievre, aren’t they?
If my candidate were polling “Yikes No” with women I’d simply not highlight the times the guy who took 1h40m of questions from Jordan “Women B Chaos” Peterson did this.
April 10, 2025 at 1:45 PM
How does Pierre Poilievre imagine the real world works?
“Governor of the Bank of Canada’? Oh, I got that at the Kiwanis Walleye World Fishing Derby and I just put ‘Governor of the Bank of England’ under jobs, they’ll never check.”

And this, a demoralizing profile of a discouraged, former Women’s Marcher who’s given up, was WaPo’s prominent story for much of the day, like it was run in lieu of protest coverage, which eventually emerged. NYT merely reported protests were planned in 50 states while Guardian gave scope and scale.
