By having to deal with a lot of new customers, I probably got a better view about the "grey market" for translation - the reliance on tools for translation where seemingly there is not alternative. And also potentially the wastefulness of having MT on tap.

Was the Zeppelin out today? Saw it at close quarters when my plane from Rome to Munich got diverted to Friedrichshafen.

Worth mentioning that the ETA is tied to passport validity, so discovered that I'll have to do it for my twins again in October then they get new passports.

Did the applications for four of us this month - the process went better than expected, although was slightly surprised that the app wasn't localised.
