I was so annoyed by this as a child. The Carrier has five dots. The Battleship has four. The Carrier is thus clearly better, so why is the game called “Battleship”.
As an adult I know the Destroyer is best because it’s hardest to hit, but that just makes the Battleship comparatively even worse.

TBH, the original’s cult-classic status means that any possible sequel was always going to have a number of people complaining that it didn’t measure up. Still, if Bloodlines 1 took cues from Deus Ex, Bloodlines 2 is more like Dishonored. Very different.

I liked it a LOT, but there are two caveats to that recommendation. First, I am very favorably inclined to VTM games of any kind. And second, you need to know in advance that it is very different mechanically from the original Bloodlines. 1/

I can’t imagine any job that could be worth voluntarily doing that to your face. This isn’t just “having a little work done”, it’s cartoonish enough I think it could fairly be called disfigurement.

I think my favorite example of this was a post-hookup goody bag. Snacks, bottle of water, cab fare, home STD & pregnancy tests (just in case).

The big problem is that any war directed by Trump & Friends is guaranteed to be a disaster.
