@pfrazee.com on my Android phone, the camera button doesn't launch the camera now when authoring a post. But if you open the media pocket & close it, THEN the camera will open. So that's not ideal. (Sorry btw to do this report this way. I'll make a GH issue later if you don't see this right away.)

ok the ONLY way i can think to reliable & near-real time notify users when someone they follow changes their handle is to operate my own database of current handles for all relevant users & compare the info to live data periodically. is that fucking insane?
