Who is negotiating for what on behalf of who?

Informed consent becomes critical!

I am even more confused now than ever? Are restitutions done based on community requests or based on what the government of Cameroom deems fit to return.

What about the “Bangwa” heritages of the Lebang people who have been working on this for years?
