I did not do 14 or 20. Re:14 - I didn't have internet at home during the dialup years. I used the university's internet. Only rich people had home internet then, I was a broke student. Re:20 - I was a library person and if I needed encyclopedias, I just used theirs, which required planning ahead.

This is us 20 (!) years ago today, right after we eloped. We stopped for a celebratory drink after the courthouse. He was getting ready to deploy and wanted to make sure I had rights and protection in case something happened. What a ride it's been. ♥️

For the #TerrierTuesday theme #ChangingTimes, I submit Penny. It took her 2 times to pass her daycare interview because of nerves, but she rallied and became Camper of the Month within a few short months and is now their go-to for interview assistance because she is so gentle with new dogs.

I'm on day 34 of being furloughed. After the first 2 weeks I knew I had to find something to do. I'm now a volunteer with our local humane society. I've been doing dishes and laundry most days. Waiting for the Kitty Academy class later this month so I can pet/socialize all the cats! 1/2

There’s a chipmunk loose downstairs. Ollie brought it in and it got downstairs before Penny could snag it. Penny has never, and will never, go to the basement level of the house. Anyway, I can’t find it.

He’s perched sitting up on the corner of a kitchen island (where he is absolutely not supposed to be) looking smugly into the camera. This is the asshole who brings me live chipmunks on a regular basis. It’s a game. He has no interest in killing them. He likes to chase them INSIDE the house, but rarely can catch them. I don’t know how the hell he catches so many outside.
