Our conversation left me feeling optimistic about the prospect of a left-wing coalition between the Independents and the Greens.

Great public meeting in Wanstead yesterday with @greenparty.org.uk GLA member @carolinerussell.bsky.social who really listened to local people about the issues regarding buses w12,13 and 14. Standing room only!

On a sweltering afternoon all these people turned up to share their stories about the impact of changes to local bus routes. I came home with pages of notes to distil and put to TfL.

Bus routes stitch communities together and changes in service interrupt people’s independence and daily routines.

It’s been 24 hours & neither Keir Starmer nor David Lammy have commented on the ICC’s decision to issue arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu & Yoav Gallant for war crimes & crimes against humanity.

Perhaps they could apply the same standards as the ones they outlined below:
