It says a lot that all the ”winners” are people of color and that most are African-American. Not sure that the blatant racism is really effective for fighting antisemitism.

There have been six. One non-white, Obama, although he does have plenty of WASP heritage on his mother's side. Two non-Protestants, JFK and Biden, and Biden has still English ancestry. And, there have been four without significant English heritage: Van Buren, Eisenhower, JFK again and Trump.

I think we are getting better. It seems like the 50s and 60s were an abysmal low point, but after that education has slowly improved. The voters in later cohorts are able to evaluate evidence and sources better and are less susceptible to Fox News prpoganda and Trumpism more generally.
