So a couple months ago, my former youth pastor posted this and I wanted to scream. I lost my dad to a heart attack when I was 12...when this dude was my youth pastor. This meme is incredibly insulting, especially when posted by someone meant to support.

Real life updates. Healing from Dequervains surgery. 6 week check in went well, still some pains but it can take 6 months to fully recover and surgeon and physio weren't concerned. And I have a scar...im just going to say it was a velociraptor attack. Sounds more bad ass

Wound check in today. I am bruied and scarred but healing. I think I'm a bit overwhelmed with this whole ordeal and some stuff that happened on the weekend (yay having ADHD and being made to feel like you're too much..) as I nearly passed out when I saw my wrist for the first time since surgery.

I don't know who needs to hear this, i did. I live so far away I often feel...useless in resistance. But I have been protesting via art, and I've been offering support to those struggling. It's nice to hear it's valid.

This is from a super political act I did a few weeks ago. One where I mourned my home country on stage. I mourned the loss of what we stood for, I mourned friends I lost for speaking up and I grieved the loss of ideals I believed in. This photo sums up my feelings in the last few days as well.

Pre/post show vibes (Pre-show is a mug shot so I can remember what I did). That's my Pride shows wrapped! This weekend had 2 shows who wanted my #starlord which means I got to spend the weekend playing my fav character and very likely have more future bookings alongside some big drag names!!!

General life update: a week from today, i have surgery schedule for my wrist/thumb...I was expecting a much longer wait so I'm anxious but pleasantly surprised. It does suck i had to cancel my 'treat yo self' spa day for my bday but worth it to get my drawing hand back. Cosmo pic for tax.

My weekend has been absolutely crazy and I love it! I did some really silly things on Friday, and one of the most emotional acts I've ever done yesterday regarding my grief over my home country..i made audience members cry and want to hug me. More shows next weekend..bringing out someone..legendary

It's official. I need surgery to fix my dequervains issues. Got some xrays done, was poked and prodded to assess pain (assessment? It hurts), shown roughly where the incision will be made. Going thru public health so hopefully something will be available in the next month or so
