I’m typing this right now in a behavioral ward, right before I get my ECT today, and every time I’m in this hospital bed I feel like a failure because I failed to prevent myself from needing this. Instead of today just being a normal day, I’m going to be put under and have a seizure induced in me.

at the hospital waiting for ect therapy, hope it goes well! am safe and all of that but it certainly has been a month if all time!

not me getting my shock therapy delayed because my insurance says the hospital hasn’t contacted them while the hospital says insurance isn’t responding to them🙃🙃🙃

About to (voluntarily) go into a behavioral ward to help with my mental issues, I don’t know when I’ll be back but I won’t have any outside contact until I return. I love all of you and I hope to come back better then ever.

this may be out if the blue for some but recently i had a mental health crisis and in my foolishness, i hurt many people and made even more scared about my well-being. please know that i am going through an initial assessment for either in-patient or out-patient care at my local hospital. i am safe!
