New paper estimates a net warming effect of 2020 maritime fuel desulfurization regulations (due to reduced ship track formation) of +0.08±0.03 K.
This is roughly (VERY ROUGHLY! do not try this at home!) comparable to the warming impact of ~100 GtCO2e.
