got the basis on this one down, i may work on it more tomorrow since it'll be too hot to do anything else. 🫩
same rabbit painting, now with an iridescent pink background. the 6 rabbit insets have different colored backgrounds. clockwise from bottom left: coral pink, apricot, light green, aqua green, yellow, and fuchsia. all of the rabbits are still white and the inside of the largest circle is unpainted white.

completed painting of the red-horned being with the flowing green cape. they now have a layer of emerald green iridescent paint outlined around the edge of their figure. a chunky black posca marker sits on the upper edge of the painting, as it is thicc posca thursday.

my home workspace before my new desk lamp...and after! 😭 i can SEE what i work on without my shadow getting in the way!
my art desk with a bunch of random art materials, works in progress, and my ipad since i'm on zoom today. the desk is lit by a small purple reading lamp, with dim light that only reaches the middle of my desk space. my desk, now with a new orange gooseneck LED lamp attached to the back of it. the lamp is very tall and the lamp is long and narrow, with much better lighting that reaches the entire span of my desktop.

rabbit outlines are done! now i gotta think of what colors i wanna do for this one. my color selection's rather limited due to the fact that i ain't got enough paint or posca markers here at home. 😭
my rabbit painting, now with all 7 rabbits outlined in thin black posca marker. each of the 6 small circles now has a small rabbit drawn in each one and all of them are looking towards the larger rabbit in the middle of the painting.

i'm also working on finishing this painting i started earlier in the week while i wait for the black outline paint for the rabbit painting to dry down.
small unfinished painting of a brown-skinned, bird-like being with long red horns. they have their arms outstretched towards the sides and they are wearing a long, flowing iridescent cobalt green cloak. same painting as described in the first pic in the thread, now with more color! the being is wearing a two-toned green striped cloak with metallic gold circles on the top left & right edges of the cloak with smaller half-circles in the middle. small gold dots are going vertically down 3 of the larger stripes.
