I've a big piece in The Times (Scotland) today about restaurants with rooms. While I didn't bang on about sustainability (that much) in the text, it's all places independently run and owned by chefs using local produce in their kitchens. I'm proud of this one.

I was very nervous about a 5-hour flight by myself with a small, wriggly baby. But we were blessed with a whole row, aka baby business class. Now I foolishly believe we can go anywhere and it will be just as easy. (Photo of her playing with infant life jacket)

I am so bad at taking photos. So so bad. For the tenth time in my life I've had to watch the disappointment and polite grimace as a tourist in Edinburgh asks me to take their picture and I do a very very bad job. He took a nice one of me and Maeve though...
