Martin also signed the motion to dismiss another J6-related indictment against another J6 rioter, Joseph Padilla. At the time Martin, as AUSA, moved to dismiss Padilla’s indictment, Martin was also Padilla’s defense counsel, court records show. Seems a bit conflict-ish to us.
