I didn't feed or see any #birds today (it's pretty cold outside) and it makes me sad.

But here's one of my favourite pics. I took this in the spring at Miners Marsh in Kentville.

I was on the way to my horseback riding lessons and stopped along a rural road after seeing chickadees and juncos. I stopped to watch them and held out my hand with seeds. Then this happened.

Today's #bird break!

This morning when I learned it snowed, I decided to go to Miners Marsh in Kentville. It was lovely with all the snow-covered trees and brush. It also made for nice background for these female and male cardinals. #birds #NovaScotia #wildlife

I have had #vitiligo since I was 11 and my hair has been turning white/silver since then. Having white hair as a kid/teen is a nightmare, of course. However, after more than 40 years of dyeing my hair, I decided to let the white streaks grow out. The look is growing on me.

I drove past the rotunda on Bedford Highway and saw an eagle in a tree! Of course, I had to stop. So, I parked on Kent Avenue, crossed Bedford Highway, and hiked over because I'm a crazy person. The eagle flew away but I got pics of the rotunda, as well as a squirrel.
