This week I’ve been practicing making focaccia. This is my second attempt going in.
Audit results on the first was a solid 70% against standards. I’m aiming for 95%.

It’s all looking rather festive.
Neither if us will be up here (Cumbria) for this Christmas. I’m heading down to London with my mother to be with one of kids (as they are working).
He will stay in Salford so the others don’t have to travel too far.
