The Christmas Season is about to start… our tree and decorations are going up this weekend.

For those of us who are able, let’s do the season of giving right by donating gifts for kids in families facing tough times, and helping your local food bank.

Thanks, and Happy Holidays.

Journalist, author & activist, Bill McKibben , says #solarenergy isn’t just hope — it’s here, it’s cheap, & it’s growing faster than anything in history. 🌞

If we want to end our fossil-fuel addiction, THIS is the switch.

Interview with environmentalist Bill McKibben on CBC's The Current. He says the market for fossil fuels is declining swiftly as alternative energy becomes cheaper and cheaper. There will be no demand for the gas plants and pipelines that our politicians promote. Such short-term thinking is cowardly.

Ontario Nature's Tony Morris says lack of public progress on the review is disappointing. It needs to move forward, and he stressed that it’s more than just a bureaucratic exercise.

Not only will scapegoating newcomers NOT solve the affordability crisis, it will make it WORSE.
