Last week we attended European Duckweed Network Workshop "From pond to plate-advancing water lentils as novel food" in Ghent,Belgium. Presentations, posters and a field trip to a pilot facility made for a very interesting #duckweed day. #DuckFeedProject

It is a traditional food in south Asia, and is also called 'Khai-nam' in Thailand, which literally means 'eggs of the water'!
