My chambers immigration team is recruiting!!!

I had a case once where the HO had my client's bail revoked by giving evidence that he had failed to attend when required. His evidence that he *had* attended was disbelieved. The day before the CA hearing, 500 pages of disclosure. 1 page showed he had attended.
Sedley LJ awarded aggravated damages.
