cont'd: ... and it's this one here. This is where I learned everything I knew about 3D graphics, from a magazine I bought the day after I saw a BZ machine in a service station. I remember reading the matrix stuff during an orchestra rehearsal and getting in trouble for not paying attention...

Just recollecting - got my old diary out from the time, where I'd added a note that says "Saw B-Z." when I was coming back from a DoE expedition, and the next day, I picked up a Practical Computing magazine...

Sure, but rocque is right, isn't the Court's job to perform Statutory Interpretation via fairly well-defined rules? If we the people dislike it, parliament is sovereign and our MPs can legislate to overrule judgements. But, a court can't just invent policy - or if it does, that what appeals are for.
